Michelin star Chef Alex Atala visits Canada with Audi Canada
What began as a single idea has, over five years, grown into a distinct and evolving culinary platform. Designed to promote Audi Canada's commitment to innovation and sustainability, and celebrate creativity, this fine dining series, highlights the talent of local and international chefs.
Originally developed in Canada, the series promotes a fusion of cultures and responsibly sourced ingredients, transformed into visually interesting dishes, creating a feast for the senses and a multi-course journey for guests.
Since its inception in 2022, the series has promoted collaborations between different chefs and highlighted a range of restaurants across the country, such as Antler Kitchen & Bar, Avling, Don Alfonso 1890, Danico, Kissa Tanto and CHARCUT.
Previous iterations featured Michelin star chef, Alex Atala and chef Michael Hunter, chefs Lucas Sin and Eva Chin, Michelin star chefs Daniele Corona and Jérôme Schilling, chefs Joël Watanabe and Davide Ciavattella, and chefs Connie DeSouza, John Jackson and Marc-André Royal.
Behind each evening, YBIMC guided the full arc of the experience, shaping partnerships, curating guest lists and securing interviews with chefs, developing the narrative, décor and collateral.
