About Your Role
As a Social Media Coordinator at YBIMC, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and execute communications strategy for world-class brands. You’ll be tasked with keeping at the forefront of social conversations to identify opportunities that authentically fit each brand’s values and personality. You’ll employ your community management expertise to positively engage with audiences and shape perceptions. You’ll grow as a person and a leader in your field and be part of a passionate team of integrated marketing professionals who are committed to the success of our partners and each other.
As a Social Media Coordinator at YBIMC, you are accountable for the below: 
•    Managing the social media communications tactics for our clients including, but not limited to: content development and publishing, copywriting, community management, escalation protocol.
•    Leveraging analytics to track and report on owned social media performance, industry benchmarks, and competitive intelligence.
•    Working cross-functionally with other teams such as creative, accounts and publicity to add value for our clients and customer experience.
•    Fostering and building relationships with influencers and content creators.
•    Fostering and building relationships with clients, vendors and 3rd party stakeholders.
•    Staying up to date on competitive offerings, industry standards, and emerging platforms.
•    Assisting with new business development.
What We’re Looking For
•    1+ years of professional communications experience with a strong understanding of digital marketing and social media (post-internship).
•    Experience with content creation and publishing content across major social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.
•    Experience with digital analytics tools such as Meltwater, Klear, Tagger, Hootsuite, or similar is an asset.
•    A creative eye and innate ability to produce engaging content (video and copy) that ‘sticks’
•    Proven ability to develop strong narratives based on client objectives.
•    Strong project management, communication (written and spoken), and interpersonal skills.
•    A passion for consuming media in all forms.
