About Your Role
As a Bilingual Community Manager at YBIMC, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and execute communications strategy for world-class brands. You’ll be tasked with keeping your finger on the pulse of social conversations to identify opportunities that fit each brand’s values and personality. You’ll employ your community management expertise to engage with audiences and shape perceptions. You’ll grow as a person and a leader in your field and be part of a passionate team of integrated marketing professionals who are committed to the success of our partners and each other.
As a Bilingual Community Manager at YBIMC, you are accountable for: 

•Managing the social media communications strategy for our clients including, but not limited to: content development, copywriting, community management, escalation protocol.
•Leveraging analytics to track and report on owned social media performance, industry benchmarks, and competitive intelligence.
•Working cross-functionally with other teams to add value for our clients.
•Fostering and build relationships with influencers and content creators.
•Fostering and build relationships with clients.
•Staying up-to-date on competitive offerings, industry standards, and emerging platforms.
•Assisting in budget development and reconciliation.
•Assisting with new business development.
What We’re Looking For
•2+ years of professional communications experience with a strong understanding of digital marketing and social media.
•Experience with content creation and publishing content across major social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.
•Experience with digital analytics tools such as Meltwater, Klear, Tagger, Hootsuite, or similar is an asset.
•A creative eye and innate ability to develop engaging content that ‘sticks’. 
•Proven ability to develop strong narratives based on client objectives.
•Expert written communication skills.
•Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•A passion for consuming media in all forms.
•Must be fully bilingual in French & English.
