About Your Role
As an Account Manager at YBIMC you’ll have the opportunity to shape and execute integrated marketing strategies for a world-class entertainment brand. You’ll be tasked with retaining and growing your account portfolio through building strong relationships with our client. You’ll gain a deep understanding of our clients’ business goals and leverage agency resources to deliver results across owned, earned, and paid media. You’ll grow as a person and a leader in your field and be part of a passionate team of integrated marketing professionals who are committed to the success of our partners and each other.
As an Account Manager at YBIMC, you are accountable for:

•Acting as the primary point of contact and key strategist for clients. 
•Executing on client objectives through creative integrated marketing tactics focused primarily on owned and paid digital media, but with many opportunities to expand beyond.
•Assisting with pitching new (and big!) integrated marketing ideas with the aim of increasing revenue and executing award-winning projects.
•Collaborating with, managing, and influencing cross-functional teams to support business and client objectives.
•Managing budgets for the account, ensuring profitability thresholds are met.
•Balancing client’s expectations with work execution.
•Managing timelines and ensuring quality of all deliverables, including project workbacks, reporting, content scheduling, etc.
What We’re Looking For
•3–5 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or communications with a focus on digital channels.
•3–5 years of experience in account management with direct experience interacting with external stakeholders.
•Expert-level project management and communication skills.
•A strategic and analytical approach to problem-solving.
•A passion for consuming media and entertainment in all forms.
•Uncanny ability to present ideas succinctly.
•Strong interpersonal skills.
